All online programmes are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Jan Squire via email.

Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

One-to-One Assessments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. No refunds are provided after a session has been completed.
